By entering the Contest, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
1. CONTEST PERIOD: Entry for this Contest closes April 29, 2012 at Midnight. The Contest is sponsored OCCA Consumer Debt Relief; “OCCA”.
2. ELIGIBILITY: All Entrants must be active members of OCCA Consumer Debt Relief, and individuals legally residing in Canada and who are the age of majority in their Province of residence at the time of entry into the Contest. OCCA reserves the right to require proof of age and jurisdiction of residence prior to awarding any prize. Employees, agents and representatives of the OCCA and any of its affiliates, are not eligible to win, nor are the parents, siblings and children of any such employee, agent or representative or any person with whom such employee, agent or representative is domiciled. A contest entrant that does not meet the requirements for eligibility will be automatically disqualified from the contest.
3. PRIZES: There will be one (1) random draw done (the “Draw”) in the Contest consisting of a $500 Gift Card at the Grocer of your choice. (1) Prize will be awarded within the contest period.
4. ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the contest period.
5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: The Contest is offered electronically via the Internet throughout the Contest period, by sending OCCA a success story or testimonial about your experience with OCCA Consumer Debt Relief as a member. There is no purchase necessary to enter. One entry per individual is permitted.
6. CONTEST DRAW: Draw will be held in Brampton, Ontario beginning at 9 am the next business day after the closing of the contest from all eligible entries received. Winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received by Midnight on Sunday, April 29, 2012.
7. PRIZE AWARDING: Prize will be awarded only on verification by OCCA that all contest requirements have been met by the winner. Prize must be accepted as awarded and no substitution, transfer, conversion or assignment of Prize will be allowed which may substitute a Prize of comparable or greater value. Prize has no alternative cash value.
8. CONTEST GENERAL RULES: By entering the Contest, Entrants agree to abide by these Contest Rules and Regulations and the decisions OCCA, which are final. This Contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. These Contest Rules are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over the Sponsors.
9. APPLICABLE LAWS: This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
10. AMENDMENT AND/OR TERMINATION: OCCA reserves the right to amend or terminate all or any portion of this Contest at any time for any reason without prior notice.
