Position:                                              Debt Counselor

 Terms of Employment :                 Monday – Thursday  11am – 8pm EST

 Anticipated Start Date :                 Immediately

 Languages :                                     Proficiency in English

 Job Description :                           

•             Complete financial assessments for consumers in debt

•             Return Client Calls

•             Follow-up with clients to offer further assistance

•             Review and suggest amendments to budgets to improve cash flow and reduce expenses

•             Educate consumers of their rights

•             Formulate a strategy to resolve debt problems

•             Complete tasks as required by management

 Required Competencies :

•             Experience or (in)formal education in credit, collections, sales, financial planning or customer service is an asset but not required

 Other Information:  OCCA Consumer Debt Relief offers debt relief programs to consumers. We’re looking to add debt counselors to our team who possesses a great attitude, superior customer service skills, flexibility, reliability, & multi tasking which are required in our fast-paced environment.
